
Maintenance Runner Position(on property)
It's a flexible, mobile position that requires reliable transportation, adaptability, and strong communication skills, with a fluctuating schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Follow professional protocols.
Key responsibilities
• Property support: Drive supplies to team members, run linens, and remove trash from homes.
• Basic maintenance: Handle tasks like changing light bulbs, hanging pictures, hot tub chemical checking and maintenance, and fixing blinds.
• Troubleshooting: Learn and assist with troubleshooting issues related to appliances, Wi-Fi/cable, light plumbing, and basic HVAC systems.
• Communication: Coordinate with local and central teams via email, phone, and in-person.
• Inventory management: Assist with ordering and restocking maintenance supplies.
Skills and requirements
• Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable driving to various work sites.
• Flexibility: The schedule can change based on business needs and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various digital systems and mobile apps.
• Problem-solving: Ability to handle unexpected situations and work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is sometimes required.
• Experience: Experience in a hospitality, maintenance, or housekeeping role is preferred but not always required.
Additional information
• Job type: Part-time position with a variable schedule and hours, that can lead to full time employment based on performance goals. Reliable transportation is necessary for regular travel within the South Lake Tahoe local market or region.
• Employment dates: November 15, 2025
• Background check: A successful background check may be required for employment.
Pay $26 -$28 per hour based on Experience
